Animal Photo Set #2: Bears, see them why they last!

There are eight species of bear; the brown, Asiatic black, American black, polar, sloth, sun, spectacled and the giant panda. According to the World Wide Fund for Nature, bears are driven to extinction by poachers, pollution and forest devastation. Polar bear numbers have risen from fewer than 10,000 to 40,000 today since hunting has been controlled by the Arctic nations. Panda bears are not so fortunate - 1,000 giant pandas are left in the world, all of them living in China. See on of nature’s most beautiful animals in the pictures that follow:

  2. Nice notice about polar bears. I wrote about them some time ago, but I didn’t find this numbers. I was sure they are next to extinction, for warm weather first of all and for inquined seals too.
