Animal Photo Set #6: Best Animal Photos in 2007
Since it’s almost the end of the year, National Geographic rounded up the best wildlife photos, as decided by a panel of experts. There were four main categories, animals, landscapes, people, and photo essays, that received 150,000 submissions from around the world. Here is the gallery for the photos that interest us, with animals and wildlife.

At the end of each year, National Geographic round up the best animal photography as chosen by a panel of experts. You can see the nine winning images here, and as you’d expect, they consist of the beautiful, the bizarre and the just plain cute.
