  19. How sad for those guinea pigs.

Either outside at risk of being eaten by a predetor or inside dirty, cramped and improper confines.

  20. This is pretty freaking terrible, the last 4 pictures show how mistreated they are… you can’t cram them in such small spaces…

  21. That has got to be the most irresponsible display of guinea pig ownership I’ve ever seen. If it was in America I’d have the ASPCA all over you. The title sjould be guinea pig concentration camp, not town. I hope somebody does something about this.

  22. Just to add, anyone who thinks this is “cute” or “wonderful”, should have their piggs taken away and their head examined. Animal cruelty is not “cute” or “wonderful”. Criminal is a more appropriate term.

  23. How horrible for these piggies to live there! The piggies outside are targets to predators such as hawks.

The last two pictures are awful. The poor things are crammed into areas too small for one pig let alone the 6 or 7 forced to live in that small space.

No places for them to hide and water and food is not shown in one of the pictures. Guinea pigs should not be bred since there are so many homeless pigs out there.

  24. I thought it was rather sweet looking at first, “A Disneyland for guinea pigs, how nice!”… HOWEVER, when I think about whether or not I would put MY guinea pigs in that environment… I’d be afraid for their lives.

And that gets me to thinking about these five questions:

    1. How are they protected form sky/land predators in such an outdoors environment?

    2. How are the owners able to keep the environment clean and attend to any sick piggies with that many around?

    3. Why are they pictured 10+ at a time in brick prisons, and where are the water bottles and food? They look like nazi prisons!

    4. How is breeding controlled? I mean, it will eventually get out of hand… unless this is where stores like PetCo get all of their horribly mishandled and sickly pups from?

    5. How can the owners of Guinea Pig Town expect to teach people about raising guinea pigs when they DOING IT ALL WRONG?

  28. it’s very cute but as a 46 year old who has raised guinea pigs my whole life…this is very bad and makes them suseptible to diseases and infections!poor living conditions and you oughtta be reported for abuse!no wonder all my pigs from pet co are always sick!

  29. I feel so sorry for those little cuties that would have ALL of them to myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
