Nicole Doepper really turns people’s head on the streets, but because of something else apart from her looks. The German woman adopted the female llama when it was a baby and looked after it, since its leg was amputated. “Socke” (”Sock”) is Nicole’s roommate for over 3 years and it follows her everywhere she goes. It truly is an odd couple, but where would this animal be without a loving owner to take care of it?

A pet llama, how fantastic. I’ve always been a fan of pets that are just “out there” and this one definitely qualifies.
